Answer, Rabbit Polyclonal antibodies are not characterized by isotype.
But Rabbits only make IgG and IgM. So most people assume the useful part of polyclonal populations is IgG.
We purify _P050 by affinity chromatography using the immunogen peptide.
We purify T100s using protein A resin.
So for detection, anti-Rabbit IgG secondary antibodies are generally used. And the polyclonal serum can be purified using protein A or G.
